Orders are prepared and shipped from Idaho, United States. Each piece moves with care from our hands to yours, shaped by both craftsmanship and intention. Leather goods are individually crafted, with a general processing time of 1-2 weeks plus the time needed for shipping. During peak seasons or high-volume periods, processing times may extend slightly as each order is given proper attention. Ensure your email is subscribed so you do not miss updates from Lovey or The Leathersmith.
Once your order has shipped, tracking is provided on all domestic shipments and on international orders where available. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details, and please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update within carrier systems.
Domestic shipping within the United States typically arrives within 5–7 business days after dispatch, while international delivery times vary by destination and generally range from 10–12 business days. These timelines are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside of our control.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs. We do not have the ability to collect these fees in advance, and we recommend reviewing your country’s import regulations prior to purchase. We are not responsible for packages that are delayed, held, or refused due to unpaid duties or import restrictions.
As many orders are sent as gifts, packing slips and receipts are not included in shipments. If needed, your order invoice can be accessed through your confirmation email.
Once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier, it is in their care. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen transit disruptions. If a package is lost in transit, please contact us at info@loveysubby.com with your order number so we can assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
While rare, damage in transit can occur. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 10 business days of the recorded delivery date with your order number and clear photos of both the item and its outer packaging so we can resolve the issue appropriately.
