Refund policy
Here at Lovey Subby, each piece we create is made with pride and attention to detail. We make sure every tangible item is carefully inspected for defects and production flaws. If we’re not satisfied with it, we don’t send it out.
We guarantee each product to be reliable, free of production errors and assembly defects. If you receive your order with one of these problems, notify us within 10 days and we will exchange it, or give you a full refund. Please note this only applies to issues that were inflicted prior to you receiving the piece.
Exchanges are easy and complimentary, within 10 days. Due to the intimate nature of our pieces returns are not accepted.
Personalized or custom orders cannot be exchanged or refunded for obvious reasons. Please make sure to look over your order carefully before submitting it as your order may be started shortly after we receive it. If there are any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us!
We retain the right to refuse any refund or exchange if it is obviously used or damaged from anything besides production. We are honest with each customer, and we ask you are honest with us.
Digital products due to their nature are not refundable. This includes downloadable images, workbooks and any other items that are non-tangible at time of purchase.
