Shipping:
Complimentary ground shipping for all United States orders. Free international shipping is available for orders over $100 USD. Customs fees are the purchasers responsibility. You can upgrade your shipping speed or add shipping protection at checkout.
Please note that shipping times are estimates, and your estimated delivery window begins after your piece has been handcrafted.
Production Time:
2–4 weeks
Your piece(s) is created within 2–4 weeks of your purchase date, with the exception of tattooed and custom pieces, as well as the flogger.
Domestic shipping may take an additional 5 business days.
International shipping may take an additional 14 business days.

Your purchases are delivered in a sturdy box inside a black bubble mailer, with the exception of journals, and some apparel merchandise. No invoice is included. Please refer to your email for a receipt.
