Not too small to use, not to big to be obvious. Packs enough of a sting to be effective. Well-made and aesthetically pleasing. We had ours engraved and personalized for a little more flair. I am happy with the purchase.

The collar itself is beautiful in its simplicity. There was an unfortunate issue with the clasp on the product I received.
