The collar itself is beautiful in its simplicity. There was an unfortunate issue with the clasp on the product I received. The customer service assistance was timely and truly went above and beyond to make it right. This is the first item I've bought, but certainly won't be the last. I highly recommend.

The quality is high-end, with the leather feeling soft on my skin and the gold clasp secure at the back. The measurements she gave on the site to add 1” to where you want the collar to sit was accurate and I’m happy with the size I chose, may opt for maybe 0.5” more next time, but still feels very comfortable.
